As a result of this capital increase of EUR 41 million, the Belgian companies, Finaxer and Cofir, will own 8.1% and 5.2% respectively of CBS Finance, with the remainder of the capital being owned by Compagnie du Bois Sauvage.

 

Finaxer and Cofir have worked as partners with Compagnie du Bois Sauvage for a long time and have other common participating interests.

 

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, Finaxer and Cofir have decided to join forces within CBS Finance in order to achieve their common objectives.

 

CBS Finance owns 17.3% of Banque Degroof and 12% of Berenberg Bank.
