Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has sold his entire stake in Floridienne (15,34% or 126.328 shares) at different counterparties for a total amount of EUR 10,7 million (or EUR 85 per share). The outstanding "rights of first refusal" will eventually be exercised.
The corresponding capital gain amounts to EUR 2,6 million compared to the historical purchase price and EUR 0,9 million compared to the market value on 31 December 2006.
