Compagnie du Bois Sauvage - Pressemeldinger

A consortium made up of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage s.a. (40%), Floridienne s.a. (via Florinvest - 20%), en Domaine d'Argenteuil s.a. (40%) has just signed a protocol of acquisition, subject to the agreement of the Council of competition, of the company Biobest n.v. based in Westerlo.

Biobest (www.biobest.be) developed an important activity in the field of the biological fight and pollination by the bumblebees. Its annual turnover is about EUR 20 million and it exports in many countries. Moreover, it has, in addition to a factory in Belgium, three factories located in Turkey, in Morocco and Canada.
