On 19 December 2005, the Board of directors of Bompagnie du Bois Sauvage adopted the Corporate Governance Charter.

The Charter has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Belgian Corporate Governance Code that the Corporate Governance Committee, under the presidency of Count Maurice Lippens, published on 9 December 2004.
