The Neuhaus Board of Directors met on this Wednesday 30 November 2005.

 

It discussed the combined public offer of purchase and exchange of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage on Neuhaus shares.

 

After reviewing the project of prospectus and the fairness opinion given by ING bank, it estimates unanimously that the Offer is in conformity with the shareholders interest. The complete opinion will be included in the prospectus.
