The Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has taken note of the conditions of the offer by Suez on Electrabel, namely EUR 322 + 4 Suez shares per Electrabel share.

Taking into account its holding in Electrabel (211.369 shares), its trading activities on Electrabel shares and the theoretical conditions from the offer, the Company would make an accounting profit somewhat higher than EUR 15 million and evaluates its holding in Electrabel at approximately EUR 84,5 million.

The indicative intrinsic value of the Compagnie du Bois Sauvage share at market close on August 9, 2005 is EUR 257,70.
