In accordance with its strategy, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, in partnership with Bank Degroof and Axa Belgium, has taken a participation of 3% in the listed Belgian company UMICORE.
 
This investment is carried out through the company recently created PARFIMMO of which each above mentioned shareholder holds 33%.
 
In agreement with the management of UMICORE, this acquisition aims at ensuring the company a stable shareholder base and at supporting the development of the current strategies.
 
The Company intends to invest 11 million euros in PARFIMMO.
