SIGNIFICANT EVENTS SINCE 1st JANUARY 2008
The first quarter is traditionally of low activity for a holding, the dividends being received starting from the second quarter. It is thus not very representative for the whole year.
The balance sheet structure of the Compagnie is almost unchanged compared to that of December 31st, 2008.

The results and/or trends of the principal holdings at 31 March 2009 are in line with expectations.
OUTLOOK FOR THE CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR
In the context of the present economic and financial crisis, the Board remains vigilant with respect to the Company's situation and is prudent on the outlook over the short and medium term.
