The Board of Directors of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has met on September 10th, 2009 following the pretrial custody of his CEO in the investigation around the sale of Fortis shares on October 3th, 2008.

The Board maintains his full confidence in his CEO and confirms with strength that no law has been violated.

In order to ensure the continuity of the Company the Board has asked the Chairman to accept the function of CEO ad interim.

Suspension of the quotation has been requested until September 14th, 2009 included.
