Compagnie du Bois Sauvage - Pressemeldinger

As part of this policy, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage recently finalized the following transactions:
- Purchase of the minority shareholders of CBS Finance (13,2%) in order to hold the entire capital of it.
As a reminder, the Group's holdings in Banque Degroof and Berenberg Bank are hold by CBS Finance;
- Sale of 150.000 shares of Banque Degroof, maintaining its economic interest at 14%;
- Sale of the 5% indirect economic interest in Atrya (via Matignon Development).

These operations have a limited positive impact on the cash flow, the income statement and the Group's consolidated shareholders' equity.
