In relation to the implementation of the authorization of the Extraordinary General Meeting of April 28, 2010 to buy back own shares, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has given a discretionary mandate to ING Belgium in order to execute this program independently from Compagnie du Bois Sauvage as from October 18, 2010.
