Mr. Guy Paquot will leave the Board of directors of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage on June 30th, 2011. Following this resignation, the major shareholder (E.C.F.C.) has expressed the wish to elect one of his neighbors as Chairman of the Board of directors.

The Board of directors has accepted this request.

Accordingly, Mr. Michel Delloye resigned as Chairman and Board member of the Compagnie. The board thanks Mr. Michel Delloye for his work during his mandate as director and Chairman.

The Board has elected Mr. Frédéric van Gansberghe as Chairman of the Compagnie as of today. He represents the major shareholder.

The Board confirms the strategy of the company consisting in a refocus on a limited number of participations and debt reduction.
