Compagnie du Bois Sauvage - Pressemeldinger

As part of the authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of April 28, 2010 (http://www.bois-sauvage.be/info/AG2010/PVAGE2010.pdf) for the share buyback, Compagnie Bois Sauvage has decided to cancel 29,612 shares, or 1.8% of the capital. These shares were acquired since 18 October 2010 at an average price of EUR 179.86.

This cancellation has been deeded on October 17, 2011 and the amount of EUR 5,326,061.49 has been deducted from the unavailable provision account « acquisition of own shares ».

The number of shares outstanding is decreasing from 1,611,612 to 1,582,000. Article 5 of the Articles of Association has been adapted accordingly.

After this cancellation, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage still holds 720 shares.
