Compagnie du Bois Sauvage announces the placement today June 21st 2013 of EUR 45 million through a bond. The loan has a duration of 5 years and an interest rate of 3.80% which is payable annually. The loan was issued at par. The bonds, having a face value of EUR 100,000 each, have been placed through a private placement. The offering was completed with a limited number of Belgian and international institutional investors. The offer was significantly oversubscribed and filled within a few hours.
The closing is set to June 27th 2013.
