During the 3rd quarter 2013, the Company has :

• sold its participation in a complex of 240 apartments (Village Walk Apartments) in the USA at its valuation price at end of June 2013
• signed a preliminary sale agreement at market valuation at end of June 2013 for most of the lands still held in the Province of Liège.

In the "Fortis-insider" litigation, the first hearing before the Brussels Criminal Court has been set at November 28^th, 2013.

HOLDINGS

The results and/or trends of the principal holdings are in line with expectations.

OUTLOOK FOR THE CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR

The Board remains confident in the assets quality and cautious on the outlook in the short and medium term.
