Capital increase through the exercise of subscription rights.
Following the decisions taken by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 22 April 2009 to issue a maximum of 3,150 subscription rights as part of the stock option plan in favour of certain directors, employees and permanent contractors of the company, its subsidiaries and lower-tire subsidiaries, the creation of 3,150 new shares with VVPR strip coupon sheets has been recorded. These 3,150 new shares shall be admitted to trading by Euronext Brussels as of 2 May 2014.
