Following the decisions taken by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 28 April 2010 to issue a maximum of 3,400 subscription rights as part of the stock option plan in favour of certain directors, employees and permanent contractors of the company, its subsidiaries and lower-tire subsidiaries, the creation of 3,310 new shares with VVPR strip coupon sheets has been recorded. These 3,310 new shares, issued at a price of EUR 138,47 each, shall be admitted to trading by Euronext Brussels as of 30 April 2014.
