Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, through its subsidiary Surongo America, Inc. (USA) subscribed in April 2015 into a real estate fund « Gotham City Residential Partners II,L.P. » The committed amount equals to USD 10 million and will be released progressively in function of the needs. This new fund has a similar activity as « Gotham City Residential Partners I, L.P. » into which Surongo America invested in 2006 and is on the verge of reaching its end. On May 11, 2015, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage subscribed pro rata to its ownership for an amount of EUR 21,4 million to the capital increase of Recticel (www.Recticel.be). The rate of holding is maintained at 28,17 %.
