In compliance with the law of December 14 2005 on the abolishment of bearer shares and in order to allow for the finalization of the dematerialisation process, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage will offer for sale the shares coupon No. 29 attached whose owners  will not have come forward until September 7 2015 (3:00 pm) at the latest : either by dematerialising their bearer securities at their financial institution, either by having their shares registered at the company headquarter.

This sale on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels, which will be carried out in accordance with the legal requirements  will also include the Company's securities positions kept in reserve for different share exchanges still outstanding.  Shareholders of companies absorbed by Compagnie du Bois Sauvage who have not yet proceeded to the exchange of their ancient shares for shares of the Company are invited to do so before September 7 2015 (3:00 pm) at the latest. After this date, they may be compensated within the limits provided by the law and at earliest on January 1st 2016, by delivering their old securities at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations under the parity foreseen for this exchange. Odd lots will not be compensated.
