At the meeting of the Board of Directors of 1st December 2017 Mr. Frédéric Van Gansberghe (1) has requested to be dismissed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage for personal reasons.

The Board has accepted this request and has called upon the current vice president, Mr. Pierre-Yves de Laminne de Bex, to become chairman. Mr Frédéric Van Gansberghe (1) remains a member of the Board of Directors.
